Research, Assessment, and Data
The Department of Research, Assessment, and Data provides schools with unparalleled levels of service to ensure that the district effectively and efficiently implements continuous improvement systems that support, measure, and inform the district's work in the areas of teaching and learning, professional development, and educator effectiveness.
This includes managing the district's student data systems, including the Data Warehouse, and working closely with school‐level personnel to provide real‐time information and data.

- Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies for accountability
- Monitor and support fidelity of multi-level systems of support
How We Support Schools
- Provide professional development related to use of data and research for school improvement
- Coach school and district staff in data literacy
- Use data systems for continuous improvement (e.g., IC, dashboards, SIPs, testing systems)
- Provide data to leaders to inform school performance
