Office of Accountability and Efficiency
The Office of Accountability and Efficiency (OAE) leads efforts to improve accountability, compliance, and efficiency across all district operations.
The OAE works with others to improve transparency in financial operations and ensure the district runs efficiently and responsibly. It focuses on saving money in areas outside the classroom—like facilities, maintenance, transportation, food service, and purchasing. It also helps with instructional areas, such as textbook tracking and academic research.
Every year, the office helps to create a five-year financial forecast and makes recommendations to support the district’s financial health. These efforts free up resources to better support student achievement.
