Report Alleged Fraud, Waste, or Abuse

In accordance with and in order to fulfill its responsibilities under Administrative Policy and Administrative Procedure 6.38, Audit Services offers a Fraud Hotline that provides employees, citizens, and other interested individuals the means to confidentially and anonymously report suspected instances of fraud, waste, or abuse of MPS resources.

Anyone may use the fraud hotline to report information involving:

Theft
Fraud
Waste
Abuse
Illegal behavior
Unethical behavior

Complaints, allegations and reports to OAE-Audit Services will be handled in accordance with Administrative Procedure 6.38 and OAE-Audit Services internal policies and procedures.
