Bids and RFPs
Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) now uses Euna Procurement to accept digital submissions for Bids and RFPs.
We no longer post solicitations for Bids and RFPs on the MPS portal, and we no longer accept physical or emailed responses to our solicitations (unless otherwise listed on this page). Vendors are asked to register for Euna Procurement and the City of Milwaukee E-Notify system if they wish to receive email notifications of Bids and RFPs issued by MPS.
Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire)
Euna Procurement allows vendors to select NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) codes for the specific products and services they provide in order to receive notification of open Bids and RFPs. You can update your NAICS codes and vendor information at any time; be sure to keep your registration information current by updating your email address, mailing address, and other contact information.
Please read the Bid and RFP documents and all terms and conditions applicable to the solicitations carefully before submitting your Bid or RFP. Be sure to check Euna Procurement periodically for any addendum that may affect your response. Responses are due on the date and time stated with no exceptions.
Note: MPS will not sign vendor contracts or forms. All bids and RFPs submitted must be electronically signed by the vendor on the appropriate MPS form provided.
E-Notify
The City of Milwaukee's E-Notify system sends registered users email notifications of Bids and RFPs issued by MPS, City of Milwaukee, or Milwaukee County. To register, you will be asked to provide contact information and will be assigned a password. The password allows you to log in and select specific products and services for which you will receive notification of pending Bids and RFPs. It is recommended that you select the categories of "Other Commodities" and/or "Other Services" to receive notifications of all possible solicitations.
We may occasionally add new categories if the need arises. Please be sure to keep your registration information current by checking back often to update your selected categories. Your email address, mailing address, and other contact information should also be kept up to date.
Terms and Conditions
All MPS Bids and RFPs incorporate Terms and Conditions. By signing and submitting a Bid or RFP, the respondent agrees to provide the items or services subject to our Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions linked here do not apply to E-Rate RFPs.
