Financial Services and Payroll
The Department of Financial Services and Payroll performs the tasks of accounting, including school accounting and bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, banking, cash and debt management, trust accounting, fixed asset reporting; and general related obligations; processes grant claims; reconciles the District’s accounting records; analyzes and presents District financial information for local, state and federal reporting; and prepares the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
