State and Federal Programs

The Department of State and Federal Programs is responsible for all state and federal grant applications and performance compliance, both competitive and formula funding.

The department oversees the development of comprehensive program plans, ensures planned program compliance, and monitors budgets following established federal, state, and local laws, policies, regulations, and guidance. To ensure program quality, the department collaborates with schools and district staff. The department further plans and implements a schedule of grant monitoring within the district and facilitates the process for monitoring by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction or the federal government.
