Health Insurance
MPS offers three different health insurance plans: EPO, PPO, and HDHP. To choose a health plan, review the links below to learn more about each plan. Each Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) shows how you and the plan share the cost for covered health care services, and the Summary Plan Description (SPD) provides more information about each plan and what it covers. This glossary of health coverage and medical terms can help you navigate this choice.

Employee Wellness Programs
At MPS, we know our employees work hard. Each day brings new challenges, and our employees must be energetic, innovative, and resilient to rise to the occasion. That's why we're committed to providing employees with programs to support their health and wellness—with little or no out-of-pocket cost!
Healthy Contributions
If you have an MPS health insurance plan, you can earn a $20 monthly reimbursement toward your gym membership fee if you visit the gym 10 times per month. Gyms in our network include:
- Wisconsin Athletic Club (all locations)
- YMCA (all locations)
- Anytime Fitness, Elite Fitness, Xperience Fitness, and many more
