Summary of Benefits

The Summary of Benefits document is a guide to the various benefits available to MPS employees.

Health Insurance

MPS offers three different health insurance plans: EPO, PPO, and HDHP. To choose a health plan, review the links below to learn more about each plan. Each Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) shows how you and the plan share the cost for covered health care services, and the Summary Plan Description (SPD) provides more information about each plan and what it covers. This glossary of health coverage and medical terms can help you navigate this choice.

PPO Choice Plus Plan

HDHP Choice Plus Plan

That's why we're committed to providing employees with programs to support their health and wellness—with little or no out-of-pocket cost!
