Benefit Elections Sign-Up

All new hires and newly eligible employees must complete their benefit elections for health, dental, vision, FSA or HSA coverage within 31 days of their hire or eligibility date through employee self-service. Employees must elect additional life and disability benefits within 31 days of their hire date to be eligible without any additional medical questionnaires or waiting periods to access the benefits through The Standard’s website: standard.benselect.com/mps.
