Support Positions
Building operations staff, food service assistants, safety assistants, secretaries, and other non-teaching positions support the operation of Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS).
Hiring Requirements and Process
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must pass required tests to be considered for employment. The hiring process is as follows:
- Applicants must submit the online application by the posted deadline.
- Applications are screened by the Department of Talent Management. Qualified candidates receive a testing invitation and relevant details via email.
- All candidates with passing test scores are put on our hire list for future openings for a period of one year.
