Central Services visitors, your voice matters — take a survey to improve the experience
  • Community Story

Visitors who go to MPS Central Services for help with enrollment, records, or other requests now can take a brief, easy survey about their experience at the offices.

Feedback from the survey will help the district better understand and meet customers’ needs, so that Central Services can enhance processes and make visitors’ experience seamless.

MPS's Department of Strategic Planning and Customer Service debuted the Central Services customer service survey on Monday, March 2. The survey is ongoing.

How it works

At the end of a visit, customers will be asked by Central Services staff to take the digital survey on their smart phones.

It’s quick and easy to fill out. Customers can access the survey by scanning a QR code. The code can be found at any Central Services counter and on stands around the building.

Any visitor 18 or older can take the survey. Taking the survey is voluntary, and all responses are anonymous.

The responses ultimately can make a visit to Central Services better for all.

“The satisfaction of the community we serve is important to us,” said Brian Litzsey, chief Family, Community, and Partnerships officer.

“This is an opportunity for our customers to let us know if they were able to accomplish what they set out to do and whether we met their expectations. Anyone who fills out this survey will provide us with data that can help us improve the experience at Central Services.”
