Transcript Requests
Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) uses Parchment to electronically send official transcripts for students and alumni who are applying to college or for jobs.
In 2017, MPS began using Parchment to simplify the transcript request process for students applying to college. This online system allows current and former students to easily request certified copies of their transcripts. Once the request is approved by a student’s high school, the transcript is sent directly to the person or institution indicated on the request.
Important Notes
- If your name has changed since you graduated, please be sure to submit your request under your previous name (when you were an MPS student).
- If you are over age 18, your parents are unable to request your transcript unless they are currently your legal guardian.
Requesting an Unofficial Transcript from MPS
Unofficial transcripts are always free. To request yours, please email studentrecords@milwaukee.k12.wi.us and include your name, date of birth, and high school.
