Specialty Courses
(Grades 1–12)

Select Summer Academy locations offer specialty classes for grades 1–12.

Course offerings are based on student interests and staff talents. High school credit may be earned for some specialty courses.

When courses take place for two hours (8 to 10 a.m. or 10 a.m. to noon), students should pick one from each time slot to complete their Summer Academy schedule. This does not apply to four-hour courses (8 a.m. to noon). Note: Students enrolled in the Lifeguarding course will receive certification from American Red Cross upon completion.
